They ensure that each event is flawlessly executed, and work with the rest of the team to setup and strike down each event in a timely manner. At Encore, customer satisfaction is our highest priority, our Technicians play an integral part in establishing a positive relationship with each of our clients.
Responsabilités
Use and execute equipment: help test, maintain, prepare and repair equipment before an event
Ensure flawless event execution through accurate and timely setup, operation and troubleshooting of basic audiovisual equipment
Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly when they arise
Comply with all company health and safety measures
Follow health and safety rules and wear appropriate PPE
Report all health and safety issues to the Health and Safety Manager or site manager
Technicians are sometimes required to work in teams on larger projects
Deliver impeccable service – Exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers
Maintain a positive relationship with all customers through effective communication
Meet customers on site to ensure their needs are met and installed equipment is working properly
Monitor events and follow up with customers throughout the day
Understand and promote the relationship between the hotel, the site and the customer
Understand the technical aspects of the job and demonstrate basic operational ability to troubleshoot and solve problems related to equipment and software
Manage equipment issues and changes in a timely and professional manner
Make the right choices - Understand company processes, follow procedures and perform system entry accurately
Use equipment sheets to determine planned equipment for setups and teardowns
Interact with other staff and external suppliers for equipment
Increase revenue by using upselling techniques on the floor.
Exigences
High school diploma or equivalent required
One year of experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Three years of experience in audiovisual or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
