Description du poste:

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes commerciales, nos équipes de déploiement opérationnel et nos partenaires chez les éditeurs de progiciels, et vous serez chargé(e) de gérer tous les aspects fonctionnels et techniques du déploiement de Doctolib au sein des établissements de santé. Vous participerez à l'un des projets les plus ambitieux de numérisation de la santé en Europe, au sein d'une équipe dont les enjeux sont clefs pour le futur de la santé connectée.

Responsabilités:

  • Conduire des audits en binôme avec un expert fonctionnel afin d'adapter notre produit au SI des établissements de santé et d'en garantir un bon usage
  • Piloter le volet technique du déploiement de Doctolib dans les établissements de santé : mener le cadrage technico-fonctionnel de la solution, travailler avec les interlocuteurs techniques des établissements de santé pour le déploiement des connecteurs, tester et valider le bon fonctionnement des interfaces
  • Porter les multiples projets à mener en parallèle de bout-en-bout, en étant garant de la qualité et des délais sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie
  • Être expert·e et référent·e technique interopérabilité, suivre la conception de l'API avec l'équipe de développement technique, en définir les potentielles évolutions avec notre Product Owner
  • Collaborer avec les DSI, l'équipe commerciale, les éditeurs partenaires et les équipes techniques des établissements de santé en tant qu'interlocuteur·trice technique privilégié·e
  • Assurer le lien avec l'équipe de support et de monitoring dédiée

Exigences:

  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets complexes
  • Avoir déjà coordonné une équipe de plusieurs interlocuteurs avec des profils différents
  • Être diplômé·e d'une école d'ingénieur
  • Expérience significative de pilotage de projets dans des SI complexes (milieu bancaire, idéalement hospitalier) avec des problématiques d'interopérabilité
  • Goût prononcé pour les projets techniques avec des enjeux commerciaux importants
  • Esprit logique et très forte capacité d'analyse

Souhaitable:

  • Forte expertise technique ou le background technique pour acquérir cette expertise rapidement : API (SaaS, Web Services, HTTPS), Interopérabilité SIH (Norme HL7, Standard FHIR)
  • Excellent·e communicant·e, bien organisé·e, force de proposition et faisant preuve de leadership
