Airbus Commercial Aircraft recherche un Technical Data Engineer (f/h) pour rejoindre notre département SIDCW – Technical Data for A300/A310 basé à Toulouse, France. Vous ferez partie d'une équipe internationale basée en France et en Allemagne, responsable de l’ensemble des produits de documentation technique nécessaires au maintien de la navigabilité de la flotte A300/A310. Au sein de l’équipe SIDCW, vous serez impliqué(e) dans la gestion complète du Technical Data (AMM, IPC) afin de garantir la conformité réglementaire, ainsi qu’un support efficace et sûr pour les opérations et la maintenance des avions tout au long de leur cycle de vie.

Responsabilités:

  • Coordonner et piloter les activités d’authoring de documentation technique (AMM, IPC) dans le respect des spécifications, engagements contractuels, règles de configuration, planning, qualité et coûts
  • Analyser les données du Bureau d’Études (Modifications, SB, COC…) pour identifier les impacts sur la documentation technique
  • Gérer et traiter les demandes clients, en apportant un support rapide, précis et efficace
  • Assurer un suivi qualité constant : identification proactive des points bloquants, actions correctives, amélioration continue du contenu documentaire
  • Être l’interface principale entre Technical Data, les compagnies aériennes clientes et les acteurs internes Airbus (Design Office, Programmes, Delivery Center, Customer Services…)
  • Participer à des projets transnationaux visant à améliorer produits, processus et méthodes

Exigences:

  • Diplôme Bachelor ou Master en mécanique, électrique, aéronautique ou équivalent
  • Expérience en relation client ou en environnement à délais contraints est un plus
  • Connaissances ou expérience en Technical Data : un plus
  • Compétences en gestion de projet : un plus
  • Connaissance de SAP : un plus
  • Notions en data analytics, outils de programmation (Python), outils 3D (CATIA, 3D Juump) : un plus
  • Forte capacité d’analyse et méthode de travail structurée
  • Flexibilité et capacité d’adaptation aux urgences clients ou organisationnelles
  • Ouverture d’esprit, force de proposition pour challenger et améliorer les pratiques
  • Esprit d’équipe et aisance dans un environnement international et multiculturel
  • Anglais avancé (minimum BULATS niveau B2)
  • Déplacements occasionnels en Europe

  • Connaissances ou expérience en Technical Data
