En tant qu'assistant technicien, tu joueras un rôle essentiel en support de l'équipe technique, en participant activement aux mesures et en assurant le bon déroulement de nos opérations. Tu es étudiant en master et tu recherches une expérience technique et pratique pour un mois cet été ? Tu es une personne vigilante, scientifique, et tu n'as pas peur de mettre la main à la pâte ? Alors, cette opportunité d'assistant technicien dans le secteur pharmaceutique est faite pour toi ! Nous cherchons à intégrer un talent motivé pour nous aider dans des entreprises situées à Lille et Arras.

Responsabilités

  • Aider le technicien à prendre des mesures pour vérifier la conformité des solutions
  • Effectuer des détachements à Lille et Arras en France

Exigences

  • Master (ou tu vas entrer en Master) à dominante scientifique
  • Vigilant et attentif, notamment en présence de fours chauds (huile)
  • Apte à porter des charges de 15 à 20 kg
  • Disponible pour une période de deux semaines, à partir du 14/07

  • Verify invoices and collaborate with the accounts receivable department to complete the billing process
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to keep product and customer records up to date
  • Provide technical assistance regarding products, claims, and other quality-related information
  • Provide support to sales directors and other customer service representatives
  • Serve as the primary contact for requests from Western Canada (Vancouver/Taber) sites after 4:30 PM EST
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and communications
  • Participate in any other related tasks as requested by the team or management.

  • Support other trades needing help raising gear through use of motor or lift, and check work for safety
  • Remain on site until all motors have been raised to trim
  • Responsible for observing and maintaining all safety concerns during an event, including escalation of any observations of personnel who are acting in an unsafe manner
  • Ensure the power phasing of motor controller is appropriate to prevent limit switches from being defeated
  • Verify all elements are securely fastened and checked for safety
