Rattaché au Directeur de notre AP House Paris Étoile, vous interviendrez activement dans la réussite de la boutique en incarnant l'excellence de la Maison Audemars Piguet, en transmettant avec passion son héritage horloger, son savoir‑faire technique et son univers, tout en créant des expériences client mémorables et des relations durables fondées sur l'écoute, l'expertise et le service personnalisé.

Responsabilités

  • Démontrer une maîtrise approfondie de la marque AP, de ses produits et des techniques horlogères afin de transmettre le caractère unique de la Maison
  • Communiquer la passion de la Maison à travers des connaissances techniques précises et un storytelling raffiné
  • Créer des relations clients solides et durables grâce à des interactions respectueuses et personnalisées
  • Adapter son style de communication à chaque client, en pratiquant l'écoute active et un dialogue centré sur le client
  • S'approprier pleinement son discours afin de favoriser la fidélité et l'engagement à long terme
  • Appliquer les rituels de service client d'AP pour renforcer la perception de la marque à chaque point de contact
  • Transformer chaque interaction client ou situation de service en une expérience mémorable
  • Faire preuve d'un fort intérêt et d'une connaissance étendue de l'ensemble des univers d'activation Audemars Piguet, afin de créer des liens avec les clients autour de passions communes
  • Respecter l'ensemble des outils opérationnels, procédures et exigences légales liés au retail, à l'administration, à la sécurité informatique et aux données clients
  • Agir en toute transparence, avec intégrité et sens des responsabilités, en respectant en permanence les personnes, les actifs de l'entreprise et les normes éthiques

  • Formation en horlogerie ou équivalent, avec une solide expertise en haute horlogerie
  • Excellente connaissance des mouvements mécaniques et complications
  • Capacité à transmettre un discours technique avec clarté, élégance et passion
  • Fort sens du service client haut de gamme et de la relation personnalisée
  • Aisance relationnelle, écoute active et adaptabilité face à une clientèle exigeante

  • Collaborates with the sales team during the pre-selection process to represent MaintainX's professional services organization and explain the client onboarding methodology
  • Participates in discovery sessions with clients to understand their business needs and uses this information to propose clear, realistic implementation plans that demonstrate MaintainX's structured approach to success
  • Once the client is committed, leads the transition from sales to implementation, ensuring all stakeholders understand the project scope, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables
  • Acts as a trusted advisor and single point of contact during this critical period, helping the client navigate each stage of the integration process with confidence and clarity
  • Throughout the engagement, monitors delivery progress, facilitates communication between MaintainX teams and the client, and proactively manages any changes or issues that may arise
  • Overall success is measured by client understanding and adherence to the integration process, rigorous expectation management, and the confidence the client demonstrates during the successful implementation and adoption of the solution
