This is a strategic and long-term project offering a unique opportunity to work on innovative solutions using Salesforce technologies, based in Nantes. The chosen candidate will join a team of experts to develop cutting-edge applications and implement new functionalities. The role provides exciting technical challenges and opportunities for professional growth, focusing on technical leadership, solution design, development, integration, code reviews, documentation, support, and innovation.

Responsabilités:

Leadership: Direct and mentor the Salesforce development team by providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality solutions
Solution Design: Develop robust and scalable technical solutions using Salesforce best practices while addressing technical debt
Development: Actively participate in custom solution development on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies
Integration: Oversee Salesforce integration with other enterprise systems using Salesforce APIs and integration tools
Code Review: Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security
Documentation: Write and maintain technical documentation of developed solutions
Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support to developers and end-users
Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and propose enhancements to optimize existing solutions
Training: Train and mentor team members on Salesforce development best practices.

Exigences:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce development
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce API
Ideally holds certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate a team of developers
Technical expertise in Salesforce development and integration
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to solve complex technical problems
Adaptability to new technologies and changing project requirements
Skills in writing and maintaining clear and detailed technical documentation.

Souhaitable:

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Ability to identify innovation opportunities and propose continual improvements
Familiarity with training and mentoring team members.
