Description du poste:

Sopra Real Estate Software, a leading software publisher for the French real estate sector, is seeking a Tech Lead Python/IA to join their transformation program. You will work at the core of their new SaaS platform, driving solutions, automation, and scalability for AI-based integrations. This role enables creative problem-solving while ensuring technological excellence.

Responsabilités:

Industrialize and ensure the quality of AI solutions on the platform
implement, deploy, and optimize algorithms for maximum performance and scalability
ensure relevance of implemented AI solutions with business needs
collaborate with business teams to analyze problems and validate AI-driven solutions
propose continuous improvements for AI integration in the platform and explore new approaches.

Exigences:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Python backend engineer
experience with AI or Data Science
proven experience in a Cloud environment (AWS)
expertise with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
knowledge of Helm is a plus
continuous learning and passion for innovation in AI and data technologies
excellent communication skills
ability to inspire and drive digital transformation
degree from an engineering school, Master’s in computer science, or equivalent program
operational level of English is a plus.
