Description du poste:

Join Sopra Real Estate Software as a Tech Lead Python/ IA and contribute to the transformation of the company’s SaaS platform. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the robustness, scalability, and performance of innovative IA solutions. The role combines technical expertise, collaboration skills, and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités:

Industrializing and ensuring the quality of IA solutions on the platform
implementing, deploying, and optimizing algorithms for maximum performance and scalability
ensuring the relevance of IA solutions based on business needs through collaboration with business teams
proposing continuous improvements for IA integration and exploring new approaches.

Exigences:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Python backend engineer
experience with IA or Data Science
proven experience in a Cloud environment (AWS)
knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
familiarity with Helm is a plus
strong passion for innovation and curiosity for new technologies in IA and data
continuous learning mindset
excellent communication skills
ability to inspire and motivate teams
graduate degree from an engineering school or Master 2 in computer science or equivalent
operational level of English is a plus.
