Description du poste:

Sopra Real Estate Software, a leader in the real estate software market, is seeking a Tech Lead Python/IA. As part of the transformation program for Sopra Real Estate Software, you will join the new 'Platform' team and focus on implementing innovative AI-enabled SaaS solutions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the robustness and scalability of these solutions. This role merges technical expertise with digital transformation responsibilities in an entrepreneurial environment promoting innovation and professional growth.

Responsabilités:

Industrialize and ensure the quality of AI solutions on the platform
Implement, deploy, and optimize algorithms for maximum performance and scalability
Ensure the relevance of AI solutions deployed to meet business needs by closely collaborating with business teams
Analyze problems and validate AI responses to them
Continuously propose improvements for integrating AI into the platform and explore new approaches

Exigences:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Python backend engineer, ideally with exposure to AI or Data Science
Proven experience in a Cloud environment (AWS)
Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, knowledge of Helm is a plus
Passion for innovation and a strong curiosity for new technologies in AI and data
Continuous learning ability to assimilate the latest technological advancements
Excellent communication skills to convince and inspire teams around digital transformation and AI
Degree in Engineering, Master’s in computer science, or an equivalent qualification
Operational level of English is a plus
