Description du poste:

This position offers an opportunity to work on varied functional domains, primarily in the insurance sector, at Sopra Steria's Le Mans site, located near public transport. As part of the technological expertise hub, the role involves contributing to diverse major client projects, supporting innovation and technical skills development, engaging in pre-sales actions, and actively participating in the local tech community.

Responsabilités:

Coordinate development actions within the project
ensure design and code quality
support team skills development
validate technical solution estimates in line with client strategy
contribute to innovation, technological excellence, and knowledge sharing
provide expertise in pre-sales and commercial actions
participate in recruitment
engage with internal communities like Tech'Me UP.

Exigences:

Good analytical skills
solid software design skills
confirmed frontend and backend development experience
degree equivalent to Bac + 5 (Engineering School or equivalent program)
minimum 4 years of technical experience in design and programming with technologies such as Java, Angular, Spring Batch
ability to adapt
excellent interpersonal skills
enjoyment of teamwork
mastery of continuous integration concepts and Agile methodologies.
