Sopra Steria is a major player in the European tech sector offering consulting, digital services, and software solutions. The company is seeking a Tech Lead Java Fullstack for highly technical and innovative projects in Paris, France, within the financial services domain.

Responsabilités:

Provide innovative solutions in line with project challenges and client needs
Act as a mentor and support team developers
Participate in design and development of User Stories for backend and frontend
Take charge of critical or complex designs, estimates, and developments
Conduct code reviews
Ensure continuous integration chain reliability
Capitalize on technical expertise and present topics to teams
Contribute to pre-sales when your expertise is relevant.

Exigences:

Experience of at least 5 years as a Fullstack Java developer with React/Angular
Degree from an engineering school or equivalent university
Strong appetite for team management
Proficiency in Java 8/11/17, Oracle, PostgreSQL, JBoss EAP 7, Spring, Hibernate, Talend, Angular or React
Adaptability and desire to work in a team
Good interpersonal skills
Motivation to join a dynamic sector within an ambitious group.
