Join Sopra Steria as a Tech Lead Java Fullstack in the Defense & Security sector in Bordeaux. Work on demanding and exciting projects for major clients, develop technical and functional skills, and be part of the Tech’me UP initiative to enhance technical expertise.

Responsabilités:

Validate inputs, design, and estimates
ensure good practices and quality of technical deliverables
coordinate development actions
ensure sustainability and coverage of test automation
guarantee technical documentation
present technical topics to teams
support developers and conduct code reviews
ensure continuous integration chain functions
know team members' capabilities and assign proportional challenges

Exigences:

5 years of experience in leading a development team
experience in application design and interaction with clients on technical constraints
good knowledge of continuous integration tools like Jenkins or Gitlab
solid foundation in Sonar quality metrics and application security
proactive and autonomous
engineering degree or equivalent (Bac +5)
