Description du poste:

Join Sopra Steria, a leading European Tech company, to contribute to the development of back-office solutions in the insurance market. As a Tech Lead, you'll work in a dynamic agency in Rodez alongside more than 200 professionals, focusing on high-impact projects involving innovative technologies and technical challenges.

Responsabilités:

Implement application architecture elements
oversee project industrialization
ensure technical compliance, define and verify quality standards
mentor junior team members and help them develop their skills
lead internal community events and presentations
create and present technical documentation
conduct technical studies and research on IT subjects to optimize development, automation, performance, and security.

Exigences:

Experience of at least 3 years in Java/JEE, JavaScript, Angular, Spring, API Rest, Git and Maven
degree from an engineering school or a university Master's degree in computer science
excellent relational skills and ability to work in a team
adaptability
familiarity with AI concepts and continuous integration is a plus.

Souhaitable:
