Description du poste:

As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you are the technical reference on your perimeter, ensuring the smooth running of developments. You coordinate the team's actions, in close collaboration with the various project stakeholders, in a dynamic of listening, sharing and collective responsibility.

Responsabilités:

Validate inputs, designs and associated estimates
Ensure the application of good development practices and technical quality
Coordinate development actions with the various project stakeholders
Ensure the sustainability and coverage of automated tests
Contribute to the structuring and updating of technical documentation
Popularize and present technical topics internally
Relay technical communities within your team
Support developers in their skills development through mentoring, code reviews and attentive technical support
Ensure the proper functioning of the continuous integration chain
Know the strengths of each member of your team and propose adapted challenges to help them grow

Exigences:

At least 3 years of experience in leading a development team
Participation in application design projects
Mastery of Java environments and web technologies (back and front)
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Autonomous and proactive
Graduated with a Bac+5 (engineering schools, university or equivalent training)
