Rattaché fonctionnellement au Staff Engineer et intégré au service Tech Leads, le Développeur Mobile Android F/H travaille en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe spécialement affectée à un nouveau projet.

Responsabilités

Guide the mobile team on best development practices, architecture, and technological choices for Kotlin / Jetpack Compose
Mentor and upskill junior and senior mobile developers
Perform rigorous code reviews to ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability of mobile code
Design and develop performant and reactive mobile applications with Kotlin for Android
Define and implement a robust, scalable, and secure mobile architecture
Ensure integration with back-end APIs and AWS services
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to guarantee an intuitive and engaging mobile user experience
Identify and resolve performance, battery consumption, memory, and security issues specific to mobile applications
Implement monitoring and alerting tools for application stability
Optimize rendering and reactivity of mobile interfaces
Collaborate with the DevOps team to define and improve CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications on GitHub Actions
Manage build, test, signing, and deployment processes to stores
Implement and maintain mobile infrastructure on AWS (e.g., Amplify, Firebase, Cognito, S3 for assets)
Ensure compliance with security and banking regulation standards specific to mobile applications
Conduct constant technological watch on new mobile and AWS technologies, frameworks, and tools
Propose and experiment with new approaches to improve products and mobile development processes
Work closely with the Product Manager, Product Designer, and development team
Communicate effectively on project progress, technical challenges, and proposed solutions, including to non-technical stakeholders

Exigences

BAC+3 or BAC+5 with a development-oriented curriculum
Minimum 5 years of significant experience in mobile development
At least 2 years as a Tech Lead or equivalent role
Experience with Kotlin / Jetpack Compose
Experience with mobile native development (Swift, Kotlin)
Experience with front-end TypeScript React, including state management (Zustand)
Experience with back-end Python (FastAPI)
Experience with AWS environment (Amplify, Cognito, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Cloudfront, …)
Experience with CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, XCode Cloud, …)
Leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to perform rigorous code reviews
Ability to design and develop performant and reactive mobile applications
Ability to define and implement robust, scalable, and secure mobile architecture
Ability to ensure integration with back-end APIs and AWS services
Ability to collaborate with UI/UX designers
