Description du poste:

Join Sopra Steria as a Tech Lead for PHP/Symfony in the Public Services sector. You will lead development teams, ensure code quality, and contribute to innovative projects impacting citizens' daily lives. The role involves working with PHP 8+, Symfony 6.4, PostgreSQL 16, Docker, OpenShift, and Azure Stack in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsabilités:

Lead development teams
Ensure code quality and best practices
Coach and mentor team members
Implement industrialization and quality processes
Support technical phases of projects
Develop complex technical solutions considering security, performance, and accessibility

Exigences:

Minimum 8 years of post-degree experience
Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering school diploma
Proficiency in PHP 8+, Symfony 6.4
Experience with PostgreSQL 16
Knowledge of Docker, OpenShift, Azure Stack
Familiarity with GitLab, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Checkmarx, Promyze, Gatling
Strong teamwork and mentoring skills
