Sopra Steria, a major player in the European Tech sector, is looking for a Tech Lead to join their Public Services vertical. The role involves working on high-impact societal projects, leading development teams, and ensuring the quality of developments in a rich and innovative technical environment.

Responsabilités:

Ensure the role of development manager during projects
Guarantee the quality of developments
Apply and share good development practices
Adopt a coaching posture
Implement industrialization and quality approach
Lead the work of one or more teams
Participate in design and development phases
Provide technical support
Develop complex technical topics considering security, performance, accessibility, and digital impact

Exigences:

Master 2 Informatique or Engineering school diploma
Minimum 8 years of post-graduation experience
Mastery of design, development, testing, and industrialization in different technological environments
Strong relational skills
Team spirit
Ability to share knowledge
Technical referent
Innovative solution proposer
