Description du poste:

As a confirmed Full Stack Tech Lead, you will work in the 'Transport Nantes' agency addressing major clients in the transportation sector, especially real-time information systems for railway passengers and agents. You'll drive innovation, collaborate with diverse teams, and foster technical craftsmanship in projects supporting the group's digital transformation.

Responsabilités:

Collaborate to define architecture solutions with the architect
Develop complex functionalities and industrialization foundations
Conduct code reviews and promote software craftsmanship practices
Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure performance
Support industrialization and continuous integration
Contribute to project capitalization and tool optimization
Investigate anomalies and provide resolution insights
Share technical difficulties for resolution.

Exigences:

Technical expertise in Java/Spring
Technical expertise in JavaScript/Angular
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Good relational skills
Versatility and autonomy
Engineering degree or equivalent education
Minimum 4 years of experience with Java technologies.
