Chez Roger & Roger à Mouscron (les créateurs de Croky, rien que ça !), on te propose un CDI en béton pour devenir notre prochain team supervisor en matin/après-midi OU en week-end. Tu rejoindras une entreprise familiale belge en pleine expansion. Tu géreras 40 à 50 personnes. Si tu veux jouer un rôle clé et laisser ta marque dans un environnement stimulant, c'est l'opportunité de ta vie !

Responsabilités:

  • celui d'un véritable coach de terrain et d'un pilote stratégique
  • tu vas encadrer et développer nos Team Leaders, assurant leur montée en compétence et un climat de travail positif pour toute l'équipe (opérateurs inclus)
  • tu auras aussi la main sur le pilotage des activités : tu analyseras de près les indicateurs de performance (sécurité, qualité, rendement, arrêts machines...)
  • tu interviendras rapidement en cas d’écarts
  • tu seras un ambassadeur actif de l’amélioration continue (LEAN, 5S, Kaizen...)
  • tu seras le lien entre la Production et les services supports comme la Maintenance, la Qualité et la Logistique

Exigences:

  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience comme manager de production, responsable d'équipe
  • une expérience confirmée en gestion d’équipe en milieu industriel en agroalimentaire (40 à 50 personnes)
  • une vraie capacité à coacher, structurer et motiver tes équipes : tu es un leader
  • horaires d'équipe : matin/après-midi OU week-end
  • orienté résultats et solutions
