Responsabilités

Ensure operational management of one or more service lines such as proximity, system infrastructure operation, and Helpdesk
Supervise a team of Team Leaders and Supervisors, ensuring coordination, performance, and team cohesion
Be the privileged operational contact for clients for contracts under your responsibility
Participate actively in contract governance, including leading weekly and monthly steering meetings with clients and managing scope creep reports
Ensure continuity of human resources, maintain stability, motivation, and well-being of employees
Be responsible for team safety, ensuring strict application of internal rules and prevention plans in force on different sites
