Responsabilités

  • Veiller à ce que toutes les activités soient conformes aux normes de l'entreprise en matière de sécurité et de durabilité
  • Assurer et animer la sécurité de vos équipes et des prestataires travaillant sur vos zones
  • Planifier et piloter les activités sur site (gestion des ressources / planning)
  • Animer la performance (coûts, taux de service, productivité)
  • Gérer le parc chariots de votre périmètre et les prestataires logistiques sur site
  • Manager (14 personnes), coacher, développer votre équipe
  • Organiser la gestion des stocks (packaging et produits finis) et assurer le pilotage du processus qualité ISO associé
  • Contribuer à la mise en place du Master Plan logistique de la brasserie
  • Assurer le rôle de donneur d'ordre pour des travaux sur votre périmètre: devis, coordination des prestataires et suivi de l'exécution des chantiers

Exigences

  • Expérience de 1 an dans le management d'équipe terrain et l'amélioration continue dans le secteur de l'industrie
  • Capacité à fédérer les équipes et aisance relationnelle
  • Autonomie, réactivité, rigueur
  • Anglais oral et écrit
  • Pack Office et SAP
  • BAC+2
