Responsabilités:

  • Diriger une équipe et veiller à ce que chacun collabore efficacement pour atteindre les objectifs quotidiens
  • Planifier et organiser les activités en tenant compte des priorités et des délais
  • Superviser la qualité des produits finis grâce à des contrôles réguliers
  • Gérer les imprévus, comme remplacer des collègues absents, pour assurer la continuité des opérations
  • Motiver et soutenir l'équipe afin de maintenir une atmosphère de travail positive
  • Coordonner les activités de production avec d'autres départements pour garantir un flux de travail fluide
  • Veiller à un environnement de travail sûr et propre, en conformité avec les normes de l'entreprise

  • Facilitate the process for evaluation of alternative options (scenarios) to deliver sub team objectives
  • Facilitate win/win solutions for sub team conflicts with big picture in mind
  • Lead the development and continuous refinement of the Integrated Sub Team Plan, ensuring it reflects strategic priorities, functional inputs, and interdependencies
  • Establish robust planning processes, including milestone mapping, scenario planning, and assumption validation, to support decision-making and ensure alignment with the global asset plan
  • Drive planning discipline across the sub team, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and resource needs are clearly defined, tracked, and communicated
  • Champion planning tools and methodologies, ensuring consistent use across sub teams and enabling accurate reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
