Description du poste:

Au sein du département Engineering, le Testing Leader est responsable du pilotage des activités de test, de vérification, de validation et de qualification (IVVQ) de systèmes complexes intégrant hardware, software et système. Il/elle définit la stratégie de test, coordonne les activités IVVQ et garantit la conformité des solutions aux exigences techniques, normatives et opérationnelles, depuis le laboratoire jusqu’aux campagnes d’essais terrain.

Responsabilités:

  • Définir la stratégie globale de test et de validation en lien avec les exigences système, le V-model et les contraintes projet
  • Élaborer et maintenir les plans IVVQ, en intégrant la gestion des risques, des priorités et des jalons projet
  • Arbitrer les choix techniques selon une approche 80/20 orientée valeur et maîtrise des risques
  • Coordonner et encadrer les ingénieurs IVVQ / test impliqués sur les projets
  • Assurer l’interface entre les équipes systèmes, hardware, software, industrialisation et partenaires externes
  • Suivre l’avancement des campagnes de test et assurer le reporting vers les chefs de projet et le management
  • Participer aux activités critiques d’intégration et de test lorsque nécessaire (PoC, essais complexes, anomalies majeures)
  • Superviser l’analyse des résultats de tests, la gestion des non-conformités et le suivi des actions correctives
  • Valider les rapports de test et la documentation formelle de qualification
  • Promouvoir l’automatisation des tests lorsque pertinent
  • Capitaliser sur les retours d’expérience pour améliorer les méthodes, outils et processus IVVQ
  • Contribuer à la montée en compétences des équipes test

Exigences:

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur (systèmes, électronique, électromécanique ou équivalent)
  • Minimum 5–8 ans d’expérience en test, validation, IVVQ ou systèmes complexes
  • Solide compréhension du cycle de développement système (V-model) et des processus IVVQ
  • Expérience des essais environnementaux (vibrations, EMI/EMC, climatique…) et/ou systèmes embarqués
  • Capacité à prendre des décisions techniques dans un contexte contraint (coût, délais, risques)
  • Leadership technique naturel, pédagogie, sens des responsabilités
  • Anglais et français courants
