Chez Roger & Roger à Mouscron, on ne fait pas que des chips : on en produit 2 millions de sachets par jour ! L'entreprise familiale derrière Croky est en pleine croissance et lance son projet stratégique "CHIPS 2.0" pour devenir encore plus performante. Nous cherchons un pilier comme TOI pour diriger une équipe de production en tant que Team Leader Process en NUIT FIXE ou en week-end.

Responsabilités:

  • être le relais terrain du Team Supervisor
  • encadrer ton équipe d'opérateurs (10 à 15 personnes)
  • assurer la répartition des tâches, l'information, le soutien et la formation des membres de l'équipe, tout en veillant au respect strict des règles de sécurité
  • être garant de la qualité (goût, couleur, format)
  • analyser et ajuster les paramètres de production
  • gérer les non-conformités
  • assurer la communication fluide entre les équipes, notamment lors des changements de shift

Exigences:

  • une expérience en production comme référent, chef d’équipe ou opérateur senior de minimum 5 ans
  • un esprit rigoureux, fiable et positif, axé sur les solutions
  • une âme de leader
  • le sens de la collaboration et l'envie de créer une dynamique d'équipe constructive
  • la capacité d’organiser et d’ajuster le travail en temps réel
  • la flexibilité pour les horaires (NUIT FIXE ou Week-end)
  • Upper secondary education

  • Facilitate the process for evaluation of alternative options (scenarios) to deliver sub team objectives
  • Facilitate win/win solutions for sub team conflicts with big picture in mind
  • Lead the development and continuous refinement of the Integrated Sub Team Plan, ensuring it reflects strategic priorities, functional inputs, and interdependencies
  • Establish robust planning processes, including milestone mapping, scenario planning, and assumption validation, to support decision-making and ensure alignment with the global asset plan
  • Drive planning discipline across the sub team, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and resource needs are clearly defined, tracked, and communicated
  • Champion planning tools and methodologies, ensuring consistent use across sub teams and enabling accurate reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Facilitate planning workshops and alignment sessions, bringing together cross-functional stakeholders to co-create and validate the sub team roadmap
  • Ensure connection and alignment between sub team plan and global integrated asset plan through close collaboration with the Sub Team Lead and the Asset Operations Lead (AOL)
