Responsabilités

Maximize the order fulfillment rate for our industrial clients by implementing a local and digital recruitment strategy
Attract, onboard, and retain a pool of highly qualified talent (temporary workers)
Support them through their digital journey via the Randstad application
Work in direct partnership with the commercial team to effectively meet market demand
Actively use the Randstad application and staffing tools to fill temporary or short-term positions
Ensure rigorous follow-up on new orders and unfilled positions to maintain a target key performance indicator of 90%
Coordinate arrivals and manage day-one departures of talent at client sites
Provide strategic feedback to the commercial team regarding on-the-floor trends
Coordinate the completion of background checks, skills assessments, and schedule mandatory health and safety training or onsite orientation sessions
Utilize talent databases, professional/social networks, and job boards to identify profiles in industrial management, logistics, and production

Responsabilités

Use and execute equipment: help test, maintain, prepare and repair equipment before an event
