Team Lead Pricing VO (H/F) at AUTO1 Group, leader in the purchase and sale of used vehicles in Europe. You will be responsible for managing your Remarketing scope and will play a key role in our development.

Responsabilités

Manager/Leader: support, train, and develop a team of pricers, set objectives, track performance, and drive collective dynamics
Strategy Pricing: initiate and manage pricing policies aligned with AUTO1's overall strategy
Market Expert: actively monitor, anticipate trends, and track competition
Reporting: analyze and share pricing results with European management
Control & Compliance: ensure adherence to pricing policies across the group

Exigences

You have already successfully managed a team and want to go further
your passion for cars and/or your understanding of the market is proven
you are interested in analysis, numbers, and business issues, and you are comfortable with digital tools
your communication is clear and you know how to adapt your speech according to your interlocutor
you are recognized for your rigor, reliability, and ability to unite
correct level of English expected (you have a solid foundation and want to improve to exchange quickly with English-speaking interlocutors)
