En tant que Team Lead, tu occupes une fonction charnière entre la stratégie et l'opérationnel. Tu n'es pas seulement un gestionnaire de flux, mais un véritable coordinateur RH et stratégique, responsable du développement des talents et de l'optimisation des processus au sein de ton département. Le Team Lead est le chef d'orchestre du département et le relais principal des ressources humaines.

Responsabilités:

  • Management Stratégique : Tu supervises environ 80 collaborateurs, avec l'appui de deux Leads sous ta responsabilité
  • Gestion RH : Tu gères les plannings, les formations, les évaluations et les éventuels conflits ou problèmes de comportement en lien avec les HRBP
  • Analyse de Performance : Tu analyses les KPI de manière hebdomadaire et mets en place des actions correctives
  • Relations Sociales : Tu assures le contact avec les partenaires syndicaux dans un esprit constructif

Exigences:

  • Expérience : Tu as déjà géré une équipe d'au moins 60 personnes dans un milieu industriel ou logistique
  • Expertise : Une connaissance approfondie des systèmes WMS/WCS est impérative, tout comme l'expérience en milieu syndicalisé
  • Profil : Tu possèdes une forte capacité d'analyse, un excellent leadership et une aisance relationnelle reconnue
  • Langues : Maîtrise du Français (l'anglais est un atout mais non obligatoire)

  • Facilitate win/win solutions for sub team conflicts with big picture in mind

  • Establish robust planning processes, including milestone mapping, scenario planning, and assumption validation, to support decision-making and ensure alignment with the global asset plan
  • Drive planning discipline across the sub team, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and resource needs are clearly defined, tracked, and communicated
  • Champion planning tools and methodologies, ensuring consistent use across sub teams and enabling accurate reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
