Join the recruitment team for commercial staff in the Belgian French-speaking market. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, implementing sourcing strategies, ensuring a good employee experience, and improving team satisfaction and performance.

Responsabilités:

Manage the recruitment process from A to Z
Implement sourcing strategies
Manage the onboarding process
Continuously improve the recruitment process
Ensure a good employee experience
Act as a People Partner
Promote team retention
Improve team satisfaction and performance

Exigences:

Experience in Human Resources
Perfect French speaking and writing skills
Fluent in English
Spanish/German/Dutch proficiency is a plus
Goal-oriented
Proactive

Creative and innovative
Effective and organized
