6-month, end-of-studies Talent Acquisition Internship to join the HR team and help scale Business operations. The intern will focus on finding and attracting top profiles for teams in France and internationally.
Responsabilités:
Sourcing & Headhunting on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
Building a solid pipeline of high-potential talents
Handling the entire recruitment process for assigned roles
Contributing to employer branding projects
Achieving weekly and monthly targets for qualified candidates
Conducting initial screening interviews
Maintaining up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Exigences:
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5), ideally in Human Resources, Business School, or a related field
This is a mandatory end-of-studies internship
Proactive, autonomous, and genuinely passionate about understanding people and connecting them with the right opportunities
Tenacious, creative in sourcing methods
Fluent in French and English
Prior experience in recruitment, a scaleup, or using LinkedIn Recruiter is a major plus
