Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Responsible for the design of the 'Failure Management' function to join the Maintenance & Ground Operation department based in Marignane, France. Responsabilités

Conception of the function: Define and challenge existing or proposed solutions from suppliers
produce design documents (functional specifications, validation and certification)
Technical supervision: Supervise the design of equipment testability (BIT), specify failure monitoring logics and define diagnostic rules at system level
Project management: Manage schedule, deliverables, costs and quality, while identifying and mitigating project risks
Subcontracting management: Define work packages, contract services, ensure operational monitoring and validate deliverables before payment
Continuous improvement: Contribute to the technical repository of the 'Failure Management' profession by defining processes and validation rules to gain efficiency

Exigences

Master (or equivalent) in systems engineering or related discipline
At least 3 years of experience in project management for aeronautical program development
Knowledge in avionics systems development, embedded systems testability, safety analyses (FMEA/AMDEC) or helicopter maintenance is a real asset
Mastery of project and budget management, subcontracting monitoring
Ideally expertise in helicopter function development (system diagnostic/troubleshooting)
English (minimum upper intermediate level required)
Mastery of French or German is a plus
Autonomy, excellent organization, interpersonal skills and strong team spirit
