Description du poste:

Join CIMPA to participate in a Human and Technological Adventure at the core of Digital Transformation. Collaborate internally with multidisciplinary teams in aerospace industry.

Responsabilités:

Assist users to resolve incidents from coverage to resolution confirmation
Investigate to detect causes of failures and set up preventive/corrective measures
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of applications in charge
Create technical reports (troubleshooting, expertise, Root Cause Analysis - RCA)
Identify and propose technical improvements for infra or development teams

Exigences:

Worked in PLM Windchill environment
Knowledge of collaborative project tools like JIRA and Service Now
Ability to communicate clearly and adapt discourse to different situations
Sense of customer service
Curiosity and good adaptability capacities
BAC+2 to BAC+5 in industry domain
At least 2 years of experience in user support in industrial context
