Ton Rôle Clé de Support Operator. Rattaché aux Production Coordinators et Maintenance Coordinators, ta mission principale est d'assurer les remplacements et de participer activement à la vie du site, en respectant rigoureusement les normes SMQE (Qualité, Environnement et Sécurité).

Responsabilités

  • Assurer les remplacements et participer activement à la vie du site en respectant les normes SMQE
  • Remplacer l'ensemble des postes en production (Operator & Process Operator, Wood Preparation Operator, Laboratory Operator)
  • Gérer les installations de chargement et les engins (chariot élévateur, Bulldozer, Tracteur, Nacelle élévatrice)
  • Participer au maintien et à l'entretien du site et des installations
  • Participer à la maintenance préventive et curative, détecter et anticiper les anomalies
  • Intervenir en cas de problèmes de premiers niveaux (nettoyage, déblocages)
  • Suivre des tâches ou projets spécifiques

Exigences

  • Formation technique de base ou expérience équivalente
  • Capacité à assimiler un processus technique et à gérer les outils de production
  • Notions de base en mécanique et en hydraulique
  • Capacité à utiliser et interagir avec un outil informatique (écran de contrôle pour la supervision)
  • Savoir diagnostiquer, traiter et communiquer correctement une anomalie
  • Flexibilité et adaptabilité pour travailler en pauses de manière occasionnelle
  • Forte volonté d'apprendre plusieurs postes, y compris la conduite d'engins
  • Capacités organisationnelles et aptitude à travailler en équipe
  • Empathie, assertivité et capacité à se positionner en leader
