Responsabilités:

  • Assurer le support de premier niveau pour les utilisateurs en répondant à leurs demandes via e-mail ou chat
  • Analyser et résoudre les incidents simples, en fournissant des solutions ou des instructions claires
  • Créer, mettre à jour et clôturer les tickets d’incidents dans l’outil de gestion de support
  • Escalader les incidents complexes aux équipes de support de niveau supérieur si nécessaire
  • Participer à la documentation des processus de support en rédigeant des guides simples et des FAQ pour les utilisateurs
  • Assister les utilisateurs dans l’utilisation des applications, en leur expliquant les fonctionnalités de base et en répondant à leurs questions
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe pour identifier des améliorations possibles dans le service de support
