Responsabilités:

  • Définir avec les parties prenantes le périmètre, les objectifs et les livrables du projet (performances, coûts, délais), tout en respectant nos méthodologies et normes de cybersécurité
  • Assurer une communication transverse efficace, complète et à jour sur l'avancement du projet
  • Veiller au respect des exigences de délai, de périmètre et de budget du projet
  • Garantir la qualité des livrables dans les délais convenus et la conformité avec les attentes des parties prenantes
  • Soutenir les flux métier avec des solutions technologiques robustes et adéquates, en coordination avec les différents acteurs IT du projet

Exigences:

  • Formation de Chef de projet expérimenté dans la transformation des Systèmes d'Information industriels
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets IT industriels
  • Capacité de conduite de projet industriel dans des contextes exigeants
  • Excellente connaissance des projets d'implémentation de solutions IT (internes et éditées)
  • Organisé(e), fiable et autonome
  • Rigueur
  • Excellent relationnel pour communiquer efficacement et développer des relations solides

  • Act as the EPOC (Export Control Point Of Contact), acting as a link between Airbus Helicopter’s Export Control Department and ours
  • Be responsible for defining, implementing, and improving processes related to Export Control, as applied to Procurement
  • Ensure communication and proper application of the rules within our Department, particularly by creating and maintaining the training documentation, and by leading an internal partners network
  • Be the escalation point and provide support for any Export Control issues the team encounter
  • Be responsible for subcontracted activities (specifications, deliverable tracking, etc…)
  • Develop monitoring and digitized tools to pilot this activity
  • Be the interface for Airbus group and Airbus Helicopters Export Control projects
  • As a member of the process pool, manage other projects to improve our performance
