Responsabilités

Establish and maintain a 12-month rolling sell-in and sell-out forecast for Aesthetic Skincare markets, leveraging historical data, trends, and partner closely with Sales and Marketing to integrate campaigns, product launches and local market insights into demand forecasts and business objectives
Perform demand analysis to understand market dynamics and strategies, while monitoring affiliate inventory turns and providing visibility and recommendations on risks and opportunities linked to product launches, replenishment cycles, regulatory phasings, and product discontinuations
Conduct root cause analysis on forecast deviations and define corrective and preventive action plans to improve performance
Lead Demand Planning meetings and provide key inputs to SIOP processes, supporting mid- to long-term planning horizons in close collaboration with Operations and Finance teams to ensure alignment
Support the transformation of demand planning through process redesign and the deployment of digital tools and best practices to enhance forecast reliability, agility and affiliate responsiveness
Own and continuously improve supply chain data management, planning systems (including APS), process optimization, and KPI tracking (forecast accuracy, forecast bias), while developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for monthly performance reviews
