En appui direct du Responsable Supply Chain Opérationnel, vous devenez le garant du respect des engagements clients de votre pôle. Votre rôle est central et s'articule autour de deux axes majeurs : Vous assurez la gestion et l'animation d'une équipe de 4 personnes, incluant la définition des objectifs et l'évaluation annuelle. Vous supervisez les activités de planification et d'approvisionnement et validez, notamment le Plan Directeur de Production (PDP) et préparez les données du plan à 12 mois pour anticiper les besoins clients. Vous veillez à la maîtrise des niveaux de stocks et des coûts d'obsolescence tout en assurant le suivi des KPI de la supply chain et faites le lien entre les fournisseurs, les clients et les structures globales, tout en prenant les décisions d'arbitrage nécessaires en matière de qualité, délais et coûts.

Exigences:

  • Bac+5 en Supply Chain
  • Expérience de 3 ans minimum dans le domaine de la Supply Chain
  • Maîtrise des techniques de planification
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques SAP, Pack Office et Power BI
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
  • Capacités d'animation d'équipe et de gestion de projet

  • Establish and maintain a 12-month rolling sell-in and sell-out forecast for Aesthetic Skincare markets, leveraging historical data, trends, and partner closely with Sales and Marketing to integrate campaigns, product launches and local market insights into demand forecasts and business objectives
  • Perform demand analysis to understand market dynamics and strategies, while monitoring affiliate inventory turns and providing visibility and recommendations on risks and opportunities linked to product launches, replenishment cycles, regulatory phasings, and product discontinuations
  • Conduct root cause analysis on forecast deviations and define corrective and preventive action plans to improve performance
  • Lead Demand Planning meetings and provide key inputs to SIOP processes, supporting mid- to long-term planning horizons in close collaboration with Operations and Finance teams to ensure alignment
  • Support the transformation of demand planning through process redesign and the deployment of digital tools and best practices to enhance forecast reliability, agility and affiliate responsiveness
  • Own and continuously improve supply chain data management, planning systems (including APS), process optimization, and KPI tracking (forecast accuracy, forecast bias), while developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for monthly performance reviews
