Manage supplier selection processes
Establish and maintain detailed planning for procurement projects

Manage contracts using consistent and factual key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate and improve supplier performance
Contribute to the development of profitability analyses
Evaluate the overall performance of suppliers and initiate corrective actions if necessary, and manage the supplier relationship for one or more strategic suppliers at product level
