Description du poste:

Vous interviendrez dans un cadre de gestion de crise chez les fournisseurs et sous-traitants de notre client.

Responsabilités:

  • Évaluer la performance des fournisseurs selon des KPI que vous aurez définis (QCD)
  • Analyser les causes racines des non-conformités constatées
  • Animer des groupes de résolution de problèmes et chantiers d’amélioration, collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour assurer leur succès
  • Identifier les risques liés aux fournisseurs et créer des plans d’action associés
  • Identifier les gains potentiels impactant la performance globale usine et logistique chez les fournisseurs
  • Supporter les fournisseurs sur les aspects méthodologiques (MRPII, Charge/Capacité, QRQC...)
  • Accompagner les autres services sur des projets Lean, d'amélioration et de performance des systèmes
  • Participer aux projets de transformation digitale dans un environnement logistique
  • Intégrer les enjeux RSE à votre stratégie
  • Tenir à jour un tableau de bord d'indicateurs et assurer le reporting à la direction

Exigences:

  • Première expérience et une réelle appétence pour les métiers Supply Chain et pour les projets d’amélioration continue
  • Maîtrise des outils et méthodes tels que PDCA, DMAIC, VSM, MRPII / DDMRP
  • Familiarité avec les outils collaboratifs de planification
  • Connaissance des outils de résolution de problème tels que 8D, 5M, QRQC
  • Disposés à se déplacer fréquemment sur les sites des fournisseurs
  • Français et anglais exigés

Souhaitable:

Certification CPIM ou LEAN 6 Sigma Green Belt
