Description du poste:

Superviseur en électricité position in Celles, Hainaut, responsible for supervising a team of 3-5 electricians and instrument technicians, organizing maintenance activities, and driving improvements in maintenance processes.

Responsabilités:

Supervising a team of 3-5 technicians (mainly electricians and instrument technicians)
Organizing maintenance activities
Daily team management, coordination and support
Participating in morning production meetings to learn about emergencies, breakdowns and priorities
Establishing and optimizing daily and weekly schedules for curative and preventive maintenance interventions
Dispatching tasks within the team according to skills and priorities
Participating in the overhaul of the maintenance service organization
Proposing and driving change towards a preventive maintenance culture
Identifying and implementing solutions to improve equipment efficiency and reliability
Providing technical expertise and support to the team on industrial electricity and instrumentation issues
Ensuring presence and follow-up in case of major breakdown (possibility to stay occasionally after 4pm)
Being available by phone to provide remote support to on-call technicians

Exigences:

Very strong technical knowledge in industrial electricity (troubleshooting, reading schematics and ideally instrumentation)
Successful experience in technical management or demonstrated strong aptitude for management and leadership
Ability to rethink an organization, plan, anticipate and manage change
Solution-oriented, proactive and with excellent analytical skills
Previous experience in the industrial sector, ideally in agri-food is an asset
Recognized for rigor, organization and interpersonal skills
Flexible and able to handle unforeseen events calmly and efficiently
Perfect command of French
Upper secondary education

Souhaitable:

Previous experience in the industrial sector, ideally in agri-food
Experience in instrumentation
