Responsabilités:

  • Construire et challenger des modèles financiers complexes (P&L, cash flows, bilans projetés, scénarios, stress-tests) pour les projets stratégiques et les opérations de croissance externe
  • Contribuer à la feuille de route de transition énergétique du groupe et à l'évaluation de plans d'investissement de grande ampleur
  • Produire des analyses de marché, des benchmarks concurrentiels et des études de rentabilité pour éclairer les décisions du Comité Exécutif
  • Intervenir sur l'exécution des opérations de M&A : screening, valorisation, business plans, notes d'investissement, participation aux due diligences et support à l'intégration post-acquisition
  • Préparer des présentations structurées et percutantes à destination du Comité Exécutif et du Conseil d'Administration, synthétisant analyses et recommandations
  • Améliorer en continu les modèles long terme (business plan groupe), les outils de suivi de la performance et de reporting financier
  • Coordonner les parties prenantes internes et externes (équipes finance, opérationnelles, juridiques, conseils externes…) tout au long des projets transverses
  • Contribuer activement aux exercices de planification stratégique et au suivi de l'exécution des plans d'actions

Exigences:

  • Diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieurs
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en conseil en stratégie dans un cabinet de premier plan, avec une exposition significative à des sujets financiers (M&A, modélisation de marchés, business plans, valorisation, etc.)
  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et de la modélisation financière, capacité à produire des analyses quantitatives robustes et des présentations claires et impactantes
  • Excellentes capacités de communication en français et en anglais
  • Forte ambition de progression rapide vers des responsabilités élargies au sein du département, et à terme au sein d'un COMEX
