ETEX France Purchasing recherche un(e) Strategic Buyer en remplacement d’une personne évoluant dans la société. Elle/il intègrera une équipe composée de 6 personnes. L’équipe est intégrée à l’organisation Europe Purchasing, elle-même intégrée à l’organisation Global Purchasing composée d’environ 150 collaborateurs répartis sur plusieurs continents.

Responsabilités:

  • Définir et mener les stratégies achats sur votre scope
  • Rechercher les innovations et alternatives économiques permettant d'optimiser vos coûts, en mode TCO, ainsi que la qualité et la régularité de services
  • Organiser et suivre si nécessaire les essais industriels avec les Opérationnels
  • Analyser les risques sur votre périmètre, renforcer les liens avec votre panel, et continuer de développer votre sourcing pour éviter les risques de shoretage, backlogs, et globalement d'arrêts de production ou de déviation des prix
  • Recherche de savings pour les usines de votre périmètre géographique
  • Travailler à l'optimisation des processus achats
  • Accompagner les différents projets industriels et faire le lien avec la structure achats
  • Mettre en place les projets d'optimisation des dépenses (savings) et, l'implémentation et le déploiement des solutions et process achats globaux
  • Être un support proactif à l'équipe dans l'implémentation des process achats globaux et le déploiement de la digitalisation des achats
  • Accompagner activement le Manager de l'équipe en le lien avec l'organisation BPO Groupe

Exigences:

  • Connaissance approfondie des processus achats
  • Forte expérience dans les achats, de préférence en environnement multisites, sur différents portefeuilles
  • Niveau d'anglais fluent tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
  • Connaissance de SAP indispensable
  • Connaissance de ARIBA serait un plus
