Internship within the DEDICATE department of Air France's Operations Control Center (CCO). The department is responsible for optimally considering customer criteria in flight regulation decisions. The mission involves working on performance indicators and project support to improve service and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

Contribute in two main areas: INDICATEORS: Map different data sources and data types by tool
Consolidate data from several different sources and tools
Search for optimization and automation of existing data
Create dashboards
Automate data reporting, identify simplification and improvement paths for KPI production
Analyze results
Measure the performance of actions taken in managing customer-impacting irregularities
Propose the most relevant consolidation to measure performance and optimize actions to be taken. PROJECTS: Support tool migration and deployment projects, ensure data quality and availability of necessary KPIs in the dashboard
Analyze operational improvement areas to guarantee customer satisfaction
Study optimization and process simplification paths, particularly for procedure publication and signature tracking.

Exigences

Master 2 or engineering school 3rd year in project management and/or organizational management
Looking for a 6-month end-of-study internship
Interested in the operational side and irregularity management of an airline
Rigorous, autonomous, good analytical and synthesis skills
Attracted to change management and curious
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Mastery of IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Spotfire, Business Object, etc.)
Interested in data processing and dashboards
English language level: Intermediate / B1
