Description du poste:

Immersion in the R&D department of La Belle Iloise. Participate in the industrialization projects of new recipes as part of a final-year internship for Food Engineering students.

Responsabilités:

Determination of processes with cross-functional teams
Organization and participation in production trials
Analysis of thermal treatments (data, stability tests)
Laboratory formulation for product optimization
Preparation and participation in tasting workshops
Data synthesis and analysis (reports, work instructions)
Participation in the proper functioning of the R&D laboratory (cleanliness, supply of consumables)

Exigences:

Currently pursuing higher education in Food Engineering (3rd year)
Passionate about the Food industry
Strong culinary sensitivity
Ability to work in project mode and cross-functionally with production, process/method, marketing teams
Proficiency with computer tools (professional software, Excel) for data analysis and synthesis
Willingness to taste fish (and other foods) for breakfast
