Description du poste:

Stage en Evaluation Financière at PKF Arsilon Paris. The team works on valuation and financial modeling missions for listed and unlisted companies, investment funds, and law firms on transactional, tax, legal, and accounting issues.

Responsabilités:

Participate in developing responses to client issues
Participate in developing hypotheses, analyzing data, and producing deliverables
Be in contact with the client throughout all project phases
Participate in all phases of a company valuation mission, intangible assets, valuation of optional products, and complex modeling
Contribute to the operational management of missions and various contacts with stakeholders
Have interactions with other departments of the firm
Work autonomously and, once experience is acquired, supervise junior consultants

Exigences:

Student in business school or university
Recognized for oral and written communication skills
Solid analytical and synthesis capabilities
Good command of the Office suite, especially Excel (including VBA) and PowerPoint
Basic accounting knowledge
Strong interest in financial mathematics
Knowledge of company valuation methods and option models (B&S, Monte Carlo)
Curious, dynamic, and enjoys challenges
Affinity for entrepreneurship
Mastery of the English language is essential
