Description du poste:

The role involves supporting Facility Management activities to ensure a safe, operational, and sustainable environment for employees, visitors, and customers. The specialist will coordinate maintenance tasks, manage costs, and contribute to various projects.

Responsabilités:

Support Maintenance and General Services (Facility Management (FM)) activities
Coordinate operational tasks related to internal and external FM provider works
Conduct internal controls and examinations related to maintenance and general services
Produce relevant reports in the FM domain
Contribute to the tendering process for new or potential FM service providers
Define objectives, estimate FM budget, and contribute to the annual Business Plan
Control costs by working simply, rationally, and cost-consciously
Provide technical expertise and support in daily operations and FM-related projects
Lead FM-driven projects and contribute to projects led by other functions

Exigences:

Curious and open to new technologies and solutions in the Facility Management domain
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Organized and methodical with experience in reinvestment project management
Technical knowledge in installation systems (electricity, lighting, mechanics, heating, ventilation, cooling, building automation, energy management)
General knowledge of planning, organization, cost and expense management, risk evaluation and mitigation
Diploma or professional qualification in Maintenance & General Services / Facility Management (e.g., BTS CGTBTI)
Approximately 2 years of experience with practical knowledge of CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) and GMAO systems
