Description du poste:

Specialist communication role at IKEA distribution center, responsible for strengthening IKEA's positioning as a trusted brand that makes sense in people's hearts and minds, with emphasis on furniture distribution and positive societal impact.

Responsabilités:

Contribute to development and implementation of overall communication strategy for distribution units
Contribute to design and implementation of communication project calendar for the depot
Promote effective internal communication
Act as daily communication business partner for the depot
Ensure visual identity compliance with IKEA graphic standards
Facilitate implementation of home furnishing communication materials within the depot
Implement national communication packages in line with depot needs
Manage local communication and interior design budget
Ensure depot development in correlation with other communicators
Maintain network with various IKEA stakeholders nationally

Exigences:

Real interest in home life and communication
Understanding of communication as a business driver at local and national levels
Willingness to live and promote IKEA culture and values daily
Ability to work in an agile manner and openness to change
Ability to work autonomously and interdependently with communication network
Knowledge of methods to carry out communication operations (communication plan definition, planning and implementation)
Ability to implement stimulating communication internally and externally
Knowledge of visual communication tools
Proficiency with graphic communication tools (PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop)
