Nous recherchons un leader technique et humain expérimenté pour diriger une équipe mondiale de développement logiciel Scrum, construisant la prochaine génération de la plateforme SaaS AMCS.

Responsabilités

  • Dirigez une équipe de développeurs logiciels et d’ingénieurs qualité pour mettre en œuvre les aspects clés de la feuille de route de la plateforme SaaS AMCS
  • Fixez des normes élevées en matière d’excellence en ingénierie pour offrir la meilleure qualité de code possible
  • Introduire et améliorer les techniques CI/CD et DevOps pour augmenter la fréquence de sortie et garantir que le produit reste en permanence dans un état expédiable grâce à un partenariat avec les équipes QA et DevOps
  • Responsable des pull requests de haute qualité et en temps opportun au sein de l’équipe — push tôt, push fréquemment, garantir une couverture élevée et automatiser les portes de qualité
  • Assurez la livraison opérationnelle et la cohérence de l’équipe grâce à une approche agile et axée sur les données
  • Créer des designs techniques pour l’équipe en partenariat avec l’architecture et les développeurs principaux
  • Superviser la création et la révision des tâches de conception pour les user stories
  • Prendre en charge le backlog non fonctionnel, y compris la dette technique, le refactoring, les mises à niveau des composants, le déploiement et la stratégie de rollback pour leur secteur produit
  • Peut jouer un rôle actif dans le développement sur des fonctionnalités complexes
  • Comprendre les performances et l’utilisabilité du produit en production afin d’assurer un affinement et une amélioration continus
  • Recrutez et développez une équipe performante
  • Veillez à ce que des plans de développement soient en place pour tous les membres de l’équipe, en utilisant la pile Pluralsight pour le développement des compétences
  • Décisions personnelles sur le personnel et la performance globale des membres de l’équipe, y compris le budget, le coaching, le mentorat et les mesures disciplinaires
  • Participer aux sessions de perfectionnement et représenter l’équipe de développement lors des réunions
  • assurez-vous que la définition de « prêt » est respectée avec le Product Owner
  • Collaborez avec le Product Owner, l’architecture et le DevOps pour établir des feuilles de route réalisables et basées sur la capacité
  • Interagir avec la gestion de produit pour obtenir un aperçu de l’adoption et de l’utilisabilité de leurs domaines produits
  • Interagir avec les équipes en contact avec la clientèle afin d’approfondir la compréhension des interactions clients avec nos produits

Exigences

  • Familiarité et expérience pratique à la tête d’équipes de développement agile
  • expérience en agile à grande échelle et bonnes pratiques CI/CD
  • Expertise dans la pile technologique C#/.NET
  • l’expérience avec les plateformes cloud Microsoft est essentielle
  • 1+ an en gestion de personnes
  • Excellentes compétences en communication
