In the context of Sopra Real Estate Software's transformation program, you join the new Platform team. You play a central role in the development and production of features for our new SaaS platform and propose innovative solutions to new business issues. You report to the team leader and interact daily with a multidisciplinary team (Product Manager, UX/UI team, front-end developers, back-end developers, AI team, QA).

Responsabilités:

Design innovative solutions (POC, architectures, AI) for Sopra Steria Real Estate Software business issues
understand Sopra Steria Real Estate Software challenges upstream of business roadmaps and propose state-of-the-art solutions
develop SOLID, resilient, scalable, observable, and performant architectures
translate technical challenges to business squads to ensure their autonomy
contribute to framing, implementation, testing, and knowledge transfer phases to other business squads

Exigences:

Reconnu.e for your skills and experiences in design/programming on Java technologies
worked on software innovation projects
familiar with AI technologies (TDD, LLM, prompt engineering, knowledge graph)
passionate about new technologies
strong adaptability
good knowledge of agility
good interpersonal skills
graduated from an engineering school, Master 2 or equivalent
