En tant que Software Developer in Test – Automation & TestOps, vous contribuerez à la qualité de nos solutions phares de sécurité des e-mails en concevant une automatisation de tests robuste et scalable, en faisant évoluer nos pratiques TestOps et en aidant plusieurs équipes de développement à livrer plus rapidement des logiciels fiables.

Responsabilités

  • Contribute to the quality of flagship email security solutions by designing robust and scalable test automation
  • evolve TestOps practices and help multiple development teams deliver reliable software faster
  • design, implement, maintain, and evolve automated test suites for web applications, APIs and integration workflows with Playwright and TypeScript
  • contribute to the QA process by helping teams define test strategies, improve testability and introduce quality control points earlier
  • perform manual and exploratory tests on complex functionalities (approx. 30% of role)
  • build and maintain automation workflows integrated into CI/CD pipelines
  • contribute to TestOps activities by improving tools, observability, test execution infrastructure, reporting, and developer feedback loops
  • explore and apply AI and agentic AI practices to improve testing productivity
  • use vibe coding approaches responsibly
  • collaborate closely with Test Architect, developers, and QA engineers

Exigences

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Software Developer in Test, Automation Engineer, QA Automation Engineer or similar role with strong exposure to automation and test infrastructure
  • practical experience building and maintaining modern automation frameworks
  • strong expertise with Playwright is a major plus
  • comfortable writing clean, maintainable, scalable code
  • TypeScript is the reference language, its mastery is a real plus
  • ability to design reliable, readable, stable, fast, and easy-to-maintain automated tests
  • solid experience in API testing and using mocking, stubbing, or service virtualization
  • good understanding of Docker and its use for containerizing test environments
  • familiar with CI/CD pipelines and how automated tests should be integrated
  • understanding of QA processes and ability to help teams improve requirement quality, test coverage, defect prevention, and delivery confidence
  • curious about AI and agentic AI topics and willing to apply them pragmatically
  • ability to work transversally with multiple teams or projects, adapt to different contexts, and act as a quality facilitator
  • experience with TestOps practices including test observability, reporting, pipeline optimization, flaky test management, and automation governance
  • experience with AI-assisted development, agentic AI workflows, or prompt-driven engineering practices applied to testing
  • knowledge of token-frugal vibe coding practices
  • experience with logs, metrics, traces or other observability tools
  • experience in cybersecurity or complex distributed SaaS environments
  • familiarity with desktop automation tools such as Appium, WinAppDriver or similar technologies
