En tant que Shift Supervisor, vous gérez une équipe de Fleet Specialists. Vous partagerez votre temps entre l'exécution de tâches au sein de l'atelier et des tâches de gestion (embauche, formation, suivi des performances de l'équipe) afin de garantir une qualité de service élevée à nos utilisateurs et à nos villes. Vous reportez au responsable de la flotte ou du site de votre ville/région.

Responsabilités:

  • Piloter les tâches terrains en lien avec nos équipes internes et sous-traitants
  • Assurer la maintenance opérationnelle : entretenir et réparer la flotte afin de prolonger la durée de vie des véhicules tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité
  • Participer à la logistique des véhicules : réceptionner, emballer et déployer les nouveaux véhicules
  • Superviser votre équipe : élaborer les plannings de travail, suivre et cultiver la performance individuelle et collective, et améliorer proactivement les processus lorsque cela est nécessaire
  • Recruter et former : interviewer, former et engager les Fleet Specialists nécessaires pour garantir la continuité des opérations et atteindre les objectifs fixés
  • Encourager un environnement collaboratif et sûr : promouvoir la coopération, veiller à la sécurité de l’équipe et favoriser une ambiance de travail positif
  • Contrôler la qualité et l’ordre en ville : identifier et rectifier les véhicules endommagés ou mal stationnés et maintenir les zones de stationnement propres et rangées
  • Optimiser la planification : collaborer avec les responsables pour organiser efficacement les horaires de l’équipe
  • Garantir le respect des procédures de santé et sécurité : veiller à ce que toutes les tâches soient réalisées en conformité avec les standards Voi
  • Être exemplaire : démontrer l’excellence opérationnelle dans l’exécution des tâches terrain et la supervision quotidienne

  • Permis B
  • Excellente maîtrise du français
  • Connaissances de base en anglais requises
  • Attitude proactive et sens aigu de l’appropriation
  • Capacité à promouvoir et maintenir la collaboration au sein de l’équipe
  • Connaissance de la ville du Havre
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en rotation du lundi au samedi
