Arrête de scroller ! TU AS TROUVÉ !! Gérer les ressources humaines sur site, assurer la continuité des shifts et accompagner les intérimaires au quotidien…. C’est ton truc ? En tant que shift supervisor, tu es le garant de la continuité opérationnelle du shift chez notre client. Pour satisfaire ton client et tes équipes, ta mission est double : assurer un suivi opérationnel sans faille (présence, ponctualité des équipes) et fédérer l'engagement des intérimaires par une présence et soutien terrain rapproché.

Responsabilités:

  • Gérer les ressources humaines sur site
  • Assurer la continuité des shifts
  • Accompagner les intérimaires au quotidien
  • Garant de la continuité opérationnelle du shift
  • Assurer un suivi opérationnel sans faille (présence, ponctualité des équipes)
  • Fédérer l'engagement des intérimaires par une présence et soutien terrain rapproché
  • Responsable de l'optimisation des ressources humaines pour répondre aux objectifs fixés par le client
  • Piloter l'ensemble du processus RH : intégration (onboarding), suivi de l'assiduité, gestion des plannings du shift, administration de la paie
  • Animer le terrain : assurer les briefings quotidiens, garantir le respect des règles de sécurité (port des EPI), mener les entretiens de suivi ou de recadrage
  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié entre l'agence, les intérimaires, les RH et la direction du site
  • Suivre la performance : analyser les indicateurs clés (turn-over, absentéisme), co-piloter les plans d'action, réaliser les revues de talents hebdomadaires avec le client
