Exigences

Minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience as a project manager in large-scale IT project delivery, with solid experience in end-to-end SAP project delivery
Experience with hybrid methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) desired
PMP certification is a significant asset
Preferred experience in project management within manufacturing industries (e.g., consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, etc.)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders at all levels

Responsabilités

Define and execute comprehensive and detailed project plans, aligned with clients' strategic objectives and optimized in terms of budget, deadlines, and resources
Maintain a clear vision of project objectives, ensure alignment with client needs, and adapt the strategy according to changing contexts
Master project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and adapt them to the specificities of each project
Possess an in-depth knowledge of SAP solutions and their implementation to advise clients and solve technical challenges
Analyze project data, anticipate risks, and implement proactive mitigation plans
Establish transparent and regular communication with all stakeholders, encouraging active listening and collaboration
Lead workshops and project meetings, facilitating everyone's participation and ensuring consensus-based decision-making
Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and support them throughout the project
Motivate and supervise project team members, promote their professional development, and create a positive work environment
Effectively manage changes in project scope, clearly communicating impacts and adapting plans accordingly

Perform the duties of a Prevention Technician in accordance with Royal Decree 39/1997
Investigate HSE incidents and accidents, including environmental ones
Define and monitor corrective and preventive action plans
Define PPE requirements for each job position and ensure their availability for all site employees
Define and ensure compliance with the training and information plan for all Riells employees to guarantee they have the necessary knowledge in occupational risk prevention
Act as the HSE contact person for the Safety and Health Committee and may be a member of this committee
Define and implement the Emergency Plan and procedures for action in case of occupational or environmental accidents
