Senior Resolutions Generalist

• Supporting the sales process, guiding customers through the kitchen installation journey, and coordinating overall kitchen renovation
• Collaborating with planning and installation consultants
• Monitoring and coordinating measurement, planning, and installation projects before and after contract signing until complete project completion
• Working closely with customers, planning and installation consultants, and installers
• Submitting temporary capacity adjustment requests to the Regional Manager for paid leave activity
• Following up on all GC requests to convert them into installation contracts

• A passion for customer service and motivation to provide a professional, efficient, and exceptional customer experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service roles
• Experience in sales, call centers, and/or logistics or planning is an asset
• Experience with software programs such as Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce, including data entry and research in customer databases
• Attention to detail and working with a high degree of accuracy
